Changes and start-up

On the first post on this blog, I mentioned the partners in the project. Well, since then, some things have changed. We are not so many partners anymore. But we've also got a new friend in the group.
So, we have lost (rejected project by their National Agencies)
College of Social Sciences - Lithuania
Private New Opening Vocational and Rehabilitation School - Turkey
Slovak Hippotherapeutic Association - Slovakia

But we have gained a new friend and partner (without the grant from de European Commission): Lithuanian Sea Museum (www.muziejus.lt/en) , where Brigita and her colleagues have a Dolphin Assisted Therapy!
So, as always in life, you win some, you loose some...
Welcome, Brigita, and good luck everybody!

A New Beggining

A New Beggining
So, here we go with another nice project for disabled people. This time, we will work with friends from Hungary, Slovakia, Turkie, Lithuania and Italy to develop a kind of compendium of therapies with animals for the disabled.

Most of the partners, including Esperando, have already a direct experience in this field. In other cases, the partners will come with cooperating organizations. From horse to dog and even to dolphin therapy, this project will gather the European way of doing it.

So, stay next to us and come with your inputs, too!
Here you have the partners:

Esperando Association - Romania
EUROPEAN POLE OF KNOWLEDGE - Italy
College of Social Sciences - Lithuania
Private New Opening Vocational and Rehabilitation School - Turkey
Sabahat Aksiray Educational Centre for Autistic Children - Turkey
On the Right Way on Horseback Foundation - Hungary
Slovak Hippotherapeutic Association - Slovakia

Until the next post,
Yours,
Daniel Filipas Executive Manager Esperando Association Project Manager
